Subscription Cancellation Policy

This Subscription Cancellation Policy explains how users may cancel paid Relvique memberships and how cancellation affects recurring billing and access to paid features.

Relvique is operated by 11446339 Canada Corp. ("Relvique," "we," "us," or "our").

Payment services are not currently enabled. When paid subscriptions become available, this policy will apply together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, checkout disclosures, payment-provider rules, and applicable consumer protection law.

1. Subscription Plans

Relvique may offer Free, Premium, Elite, trial, promotional, or other membership plans.

Paid memberships may provide access to digital features such as messaging, enhanced discovery, increased profile visibility, or other features described during the purchase process.

The price, billing frequency, subscription duration, included features, applicable taxes, and renewal terms will be displayed before a purchase is completed.

2. Automatic Renewal

A paid subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period if automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and accepted during checkout.

Where automatic renewal applies, you authorize Relvique and its authorized payment provider to charge the applicable subscription price, taxes, and any properly disclosed fees to your selected payment method at the beginning of each renewal period.

Your subscription will continue to renew until it is cancelled, expires, is terminated, or cannot be renewed because payment was unsuccessful.

Relvique will not rely on automatic renewal where doing so would conflict with applicable law or where the required renewal disclosure or consent has not been provided.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel a recurring Relvique subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@relvique.com.

If an online cancellation feature becomes available in your Relvique account, you may also use that feature to submit your cancellation.

Your cancellation request should include:

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your Relvique account.
• The subscription or membership plan being cancelled.
• A transaction reference or receipt, where available.

Do not send your complete payment card number, card security code, banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.

4. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law:

• Your paid subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• You may continue using the included paid features until that period ends.
• Your subscription will not renew for an additional billing period.
• Access to paid features may end when the current subscription period expires.
• Your Relvique account may remain open under the features available to free users.

Cancelling a paid subscription does not automatically delete your Relvique account or profile.

5. Cancellation Deadline

You should submit your cancellation before the next scheduled renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge.

Cancellation requests received after a renewal charge has already been processed may take effect for the following billing period rather than the billing period that has already begun.

We recommend submitting cancellation requests sufficiently before the renewal date to allow the request to be received, verified, and processed.

A delay caused solely by Relvique after a timely and complete cancellation request will be reviewed, and an incorrectly processed renewal charge may qualify for a refund.

6. Cancellation Confirmation

After a cancellation request has been processed, Relvique may send a confirmation to the email address associated with your account.

You should retain the cancellation confirmation and any related correspondence for your records.

If you do not receive confirmation or continue to see your subscription listed as active beyond the expected period, contact us promptly.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment that was completed before the cancellation.

Subscription charges may be non-refundable after paid digital features have been activated, accessed, or used, except where a refund is required by law or available under our Refund Policy.

Refund requests may be considered in circumstances involving:

• A duplicate charge.
• An incorrect billing amount.
• A renewal processed after a timely and valid cancellation.
• A confirmed technical or payment-processing error.
• A confirmed unauthorized transaction.
• A circumstance in which a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

8. Free Trials and Promotional Periods

Relvique may offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, promotional prices, or complimentary access.

Before a trial or promotional offer begins, any applicable duration, renewal price, billing date, eligibility restrictions, and cancellation requirements will be disclosed.

If a trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, you must cancel before the disclosed trial deadline to avoid the first paid charge.

Promotional credits and complimentary access generally have no cash value and are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

9. Purchases Through Third Parties

A subscription may be purchased through an authorized third-party payment provider, mobile application store, or marketplace.

Where a third party controls subscription management, you may need to cancel directly through that provider using its cancellation procedures.

Deleting the Relvique application or stopping use of Relvique may not cancel a subscription managed by a third party.

Relvique may assist with available transaction information but cannot cancel or reverse a third-party subscription where the provider retains exclusive control over billing.

10. Failed or Expired Payment Methods

If a recurring payment cannot be completed, Relvique or its payment provider may attempt to process the payment again where permitted.

Access to paid features may be limited or suspended until payment is successfully completed.

A failed payment does not necessarily cancel the subscription unless Relvique or the payment provider confirms that the subscription has expired or been cancelled.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information with the applicable payment provider.

11. Price or Plan Changes

Relvique may change subscription prices, billing periods, included features, or plan structures.

Material changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law and will ordinarily apply no earlier than a future renewal period.

Where legally required, Relvique will obtain consent before applying a material change or will provide an opportunity to cancel before the change becomes effective.

12. Account Deletion

Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.

Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring billing but may leave your Relvique account active.

Requesting account deletion does not necessarily cancel a subscription controlled by a third-party payment provider or application store. You should separately cancel any recurring subscription through the applicable provider.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

Relvique may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for fraud, identity misrepresentation, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, safety risks, or another material violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Suspension or termination for a policy violation does not automatically cancel charges already processed or create a right to a refund.

Unused subscription time may be non-refundable where an account is suspended or terminated for a material policy violation, except where a refund is required by law.

If Relvique permanently discontinues a paid subscription for reasons unrelated to a user's conduct, we may provide an appropriate credit, extension, or prorated refund for unused service, subject to applicable law.

14. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact Relvique before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate cancellation or billing concerns.

Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising a lawful right to contact your payment provider, financial institution, or consumer protection authority.

Relvique may provide subscription, payment, checkout, usage, cancellation, login, and communication records to a payment provider when responding to a payment dispute.

Knowingly submitting a false or fraudulent payment dispute may result in account restriction or termination.

15. Consumer Protection Rights

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or waive any cancellation, refund, disclosure, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.

Depending on your location, the type of subscription agreement, the information provided during checkout, and the circumstances of the transaction, you may have additional statutory cancellation or refund rights.

If this policy conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory provision will apply to the extent of the conflict.

16. Changes to This Policy

Relvique may update this Subscription Cancellation Policy to reflect changes to subscription plans, payment providers, legal requirements, or business practices.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Material changes affecting active paid subscriptions will be communicated where required by law.

A change to this policy will not retroactively remove a cancellation or refund right that applied to an existing transaction, except where permitted by law.
