Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relvique website, mobile applications, services, features, content, and related technology.
Relvique is operated by 11446339 Canada Corp. ("Relvique," "we," "us," or "our"). Relvique is an online dating and social discovery platform designed to help adults create profiles, complete identity verification, discover other users, communicate, and pursue genuine connections.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Relvique, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and any additional terms presented to you in connection with a particular feature or service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Relvique.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Relvique.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms.
- You are not prohibited by applicable law from using an online dating service.
- You have not previously been removed or permanently suspended from Relvique, unless we have expressly authorized your return.
- Your use of Relvique will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Relvique may refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that an eligibility requirement has not been met.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, misrepresent your age or identity, or create an account on behalf of another person without authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential theft, or other account misuse.
You may maintain only one personal account unless Relvique expressly permits otherwise.
3. Email and Identity Verification
Relvique may require users to verify their email address, identity, or other account information before accessing some or all platform features.
Identity verification may involve submitting a valid government-issued identification document, a selfie, or other information reasonably requested to confirm authenticity and reduce fraud.
You agree that all verification materials you submit will be genuine, accurate, current, and associated with you.
A verification badge or verified status means only that Relvique completed its applicable verification process. Verification is not a criminal background check, endorsement, guarantee of safety, or assurance regarding another user's conduct, intentions, relationship status, compatibility, or truthfulness.
Relvique may reject, revoke, or repeat a verification process if we identify inconsistencies, suspected fraud, expired documents, technical issues, or other legitimate concerns.
4. Use of the Platform
You may use Relvique only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes consistent with the intended purpose of the platform.
You agree to:

The above list is not exhaustive. Relvique may take action against other conduct that we reasonably determine is unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, harmful, deceptive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
6. User Content
"User Content" includes profile information, photographs, biographies, prompts, messages, reports, feedback, and other content you upload, submit, transmit, or make available through Relvique.
You retain ownership of the User Content you lawfully own. By submitting User Content to Relvique, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, adapt, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote, improve, and provide Relvique.
This licence is limited to purposes connected with Relvique and continues for as long as the content remains on our systems or as reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, safety, investigations, or dispute resolution.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have all necessary rights to your User Content.
- Your User Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Your User Content is accurate where it represents factual information about you.
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
We may remove, restrict, blur, reject, preserve, or review User Content where reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, technical operation, or enforcement of these Terms.
7. Messages and User Interactions
Relvique may provide messaging and other communication features. Messages are intended for lawful and respectful communication between users.
Relvique may process, preserve, or review messages where reasonably necessary to deliver the service, investigate reports, detect fraud, enforce these Terms, address safety concerns, or comply with law.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including decisions to communicate outside Relvique, meet in person, share personal information, provide financial assistance, travel, or enter into a relationship.
You should use reasonable caution, protect your personal and financial information, meet initially in public places, tell someone you trust about planned meetings, and stop communication where you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
8. Platform Safety and Background Checks
Relvique does not guarantee the identity, background, intentions, conduct, accuracy, compatibility, or safety of any user.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Relvique does not conduct criminal background checks, employment checks, credit checks, reference checks, or continuous monitoring of users.
Identity verification, moderation, reporting, and blocking tools are intended to support safety but cannot eliminate all risks associated with online or in-person interactions.
Contact local emergency services immediately if you believe you or another person is in immediate danger.
9. Free and Paid Services
Relvique may offer Free, Premium, Elite, promotional, trial, or other membership plans. Features, eligibility, duration, pricing, and availability may vary and may change over time.
Paid plans may provide access to additional digital features, including messaging, enhanced discovery, expanded profile visibility, or other benefits described at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a membership does not guarantee matches, messages, responses, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome.
Relvique may modify, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features, provided that any material change affecting an active paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.
10. Payments and Billing
Paid services may be made available after payment processing has been enabled. Payments, when available, may be processed by authorized third-party payment service providers.
Relvique does not intend to store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or full banking credentials on its own servers. Payment providers process payment information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security requirements.
By purchasing a paid service, you authorize Relvique and its payment provider to charge the displayed price, applicable taxes, and any clearly disclosed fees using your selected payment method.
You must provide accurate and current billing information. You are responsible for charges incurred through your account unless unauthorized use is reported promptly and determined to be outside your reasonable control.
Prices may be shown in Canadian dollars or another displayed currency. Your financial institution may apply currency conversion, foreign transaction, overdraft, or other charges that are not imposed or controlled by Relvique.
11. Recurring Subscriptions and Renewal
If a paid membership is offered on a recurring basis, the renewal frequency, price, taxes, and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase.
Where recurring billing applies, your subscription may renew automatically until cancelled, subject to applicable law and the disclosures presented at checkout.
You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.
You may cancel a recurring subscription using any available account controls or by contacting Relvique. Cancellation normally prevents a future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period.
12. Refunds and Cancellation
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, the purchase disclosures shown at checkout, and applicable consumer protection law.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees paid for digital services that have been activated, used, or made available may be non-refundable.
Relvique may issue a refund, credit, extension, or other remedy at its discretion where there is a verified billing error, duplicate charge, technical failure, unauthorized transaction, or other exceptional circumstance.
13. Intellectual Property
Relvique and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform and its original content, software, source code, object code, designs, interfaces, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, branding, text, features, functionality, and related intellectual property.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Relvique intellectual property to you.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Relvique grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the platform for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, licence, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Relvique content or technology without prior written permission.
14. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant Relvique a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, publish, implement, and commercialize that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
Relvique may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, email providers, analytics services, identity verification providers, social platforms, app stores, and payment processors.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Relvique does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, policies, or conduct.
16. Monitoring and Enforcement
Relvique may investigate suspected violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, legal obligations, or safety standards.
We may use automated systems, manual review, reports from users, technical records, service-provider information, and other lawful methods to identify misuse.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove or restrict content.
- Limit account functionality.
- Require reverification.
- Temporarily suspend an account.
- Permanently terminate an account.
- Block related accounts, devices, payment methods, or identifiers.
- Preserve evidence.
- Report conduct to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.
We are not required to disclose confidential detection methods, moderation processes, security information, or details that could compromise another user's privacy or safety.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Relvique at any time and may request account deletion through available account settings or by contacting us.
Relvique may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account where we reasonably believe that:
- You violated these Terms or another Relvique policy.
- You created a safety, legal, fraud, or security risk.
- Your information or verification materials were false.
- You used Relvique for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Continued access could harm Relvique, another user, a third party, or the public.
- Suspension or termination is required by law, regulation, court order, payment provider, hosting provider, or another authorized service provider.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, preserve evidence, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
Account termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility remains subject to our Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, checkout disclosures, and applicable law.
18. Service Availability and Changes
Relvique may modify, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the platform for maintenance, security, legal, commercial, technical, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that Relvique will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, browser, network, or operating system.
We may establish or change usage limits, technical requirements, eligibility rules, verification requirements, or feature availability where reasonably necessary.
19. No Guarantee of Results
Relvique does not guarantee that you will receive profile views, likes, matches, messages, responses, meetings, dates, relationships, marriage, companionship, or any other result.
Matching, discovery, and recommendation features may be influenced by user preferences, location, account activity, available profiles, verification status, technical systems, and other factors.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relvique is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties, representations, conditions, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral.
Relvique disclaims all implied warranties and conditions, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant or represent that users are truthful, safe, compatible, legally eligible, single, available, or acting in good faith.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.
